Thorough Home Inspection

Buyer’s Inspection

Your home is likely going to be the biggest purchase you will ever make, so save money on post-purchase repairs by scheduling a Buyer’s Inspection. We thoroughly inspect your prospective home to help you better understand its condition, operation, and repair or upgrade needs. By the time you have gone over your home inspection report, you will feel confident and ready to make decisions about your investment.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Sellers can benefit from a home inspection just as much as buyers can. During a Pre-Listing Inspection, we help sellers understand what repairs could be made in advance to make the home more attractive to potential buyers who will eventually be scheduling inspections of their own. Having a full understanding of the property also allows sellers to discuss the home honestly and openly with buyers.

Re-Inspection

After a Buyer’s Inspection is completed, a buyer and seller will come to agreements about what repairs should be made by the seller before closing. If additional peace of mind is needed, a Re-Inspection can be scheduled. We will revisit the home with the list of repairs completed since our last visit, checking the quality of the changes made and ensuring that all agreements were met.

New Construction Inspection

A newly constructed home should be inspected before the final walk-through with the builder takes place. Even the most professional builders can make mistakes and oversights, and we make it our job to uncover these issues during the New Construction Inspection so that the home can be finalized for an easy and safe move-in.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

Many newly built homes are sold with a 12-month builder’s warranty. The warranty covers the cost of defects in construction to protect new homeowners. During an 11th Month Warranty Inspection, we search the home for any defects that are covered so that the owner knows what repairs to request before the warranty is over.
